This book tells the story of a little girl named Santi, who was struggling to learn Javanese songs. But with her persistence and consistency - and momma’s help, of course - she overcame her struggle! I illustrated the covers and pages in this picture book. I also designed the characters beforehand based on the brief provided by author Dwi Astutik. This project was a collaboration with the Balai Bahasa Jawa Tengah to provide children’s literature in both Indonesian and Javanese.
