Hi there! I'm Annisa, an illustrator based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. After getting my bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I started my journey as an illustrator in mid-2022. Since then, I have collaborated with other illustrators and authors. Not only that, but I also constantly improve my skills and also my insight by joining classes mentored by professional children's book illustrators.

I am passionate about turning meaningful stories into illustrations. Until now, I have illustrated stories within
slice-of-life, nostalgia, fantasy, and religion genre. But, I have always been interested in adventure, gothic fiction, horror, mystery, and fairy tales. I would also love to work on teen or young-adult novels.
I primarily work digitally in Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint with warm, bold, and bright colors as my go-to palette. Portraying the character's personalities is essential, so I try to capture their traits in their designs.
